To apply for emergency financial assistance regarding permanent housing, utilities, medications or other essential bills:

1. Please visit the Help Hub at 20 N 4th Street Wilmington, NC 28401.
   Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday 9:00 AM-11:45 AM

2. You may download and complete the online intake form prior to your visit
   or forms will be available upon arrival.
   (forms available in Spanish!)

What’s needed: 

• Fill-in ALL of the blanks on the front page of Intake Form.

• Bring photo ID
  For rental assistance, bring lease agreement and ledger with current balance.
  For utilities, bring current bill showing delinquent balance.
  Bring last two pay stubs or other verification of income.
