New Helping Ordinary People Excel Community Development Corporation (H.O.P.E. CDC), a 501(c)3 organization founded in 2021, it’s goal is to develop programs and services to make our community a better place to live.

Comprised of four key components, Housing, Education, Recovery and Economic Empowerment,  H.O.P.E. CDC addresses critical aspects of community development.  Existing and upcoming projects and programs show a commitment to holistic improvement, including affordable housing for seniors and families, rental assistance, peer support, job and skills training, small-business development and so much more.
