Help Right Here is a New Hanover County program, developed to improve quality of life by expanding access to mental health and substance use disorder treatments, fostering education, and supporting long-term recovery through a trusted network of local providers. Help Right Here is funded by New Hanover County with nationwide opioid settlement dollars, supplemented by the county’s Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Fund.
